What is Human Growth Hormone?
Human Growth Hormone (Hgh) is
an endocrine hormone which declines with aging. It has been shown
to deter many of the effects of the aging process. Unlike other
hormones, Hgh has been shown to reverse the biological clock by
several decades.
The amount of human growth hormone (Hgh) that your body produces
falls 14% per decade starting at age 31. There is every reason to
believe that it is better to start using a natural human growth
hormone releaser at a much younger age when the levels of your own
hormone have already begun to decline. As a person progresses in
life, Hgh levels continue to decline. Low levels of Hgh are associated
with signs and symptoms such as gray hair, wrinkles, forgetfulness,
decrease libido and energy, unexplained weight gain and bone or
joint disease. These symptoms can be seen in persons of all ages.
The dominant factor is reduced Hgh ...NOT AGE.
On July 5, 1990, the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine
published a scientific study that sent shock waves around the world.
The subjects of this study reported startling changes as follows;
- Gray hair was turning black
- Sex lives revived
- Wrinkles disappeared
- Fat was replaced by muscle
- Strength and endurance increased
- INCREASING OUTPUT IN EXERCISE WORKOUTS
Medical studies have proven
that positive gains only occur while growth hormone is being secreted.
Human growth hormone significantly increases the effects of exercise
and muscle gain, including energy, muscle strength, stamina and
endurance.
Studies at St. Thomas Hospital in London showed that "there
is a tremendous increase in muscles and you won't believe how hard
they are." L. Cass Terry, M.D. also found that growth hormone,
"made a tremendous difference in my fat composition and body
configuration in less than two months."
